We are now able to sell Association-owned unit/weeks. These are unit/weeks that belong to the Association (corporation) as a whole, having been acquired through deedbacks or foreclosures. Prices are fixed by the Board and Management, based on unit type, location, and floor, as well as the season. Our West side units are a particular bargain, great for owners who wish to own here with a low buy-in and use their units for trading purposes. (Although, to be honest, we have more and more people asking to stay on the West side these days, because it’s away from the occasional hustle & bustle of the East side.)
