Why? We’d rather focus our time and energy, not to mention our owners’ money, on DOING improvements, rather than taking pictures of them. So there’s a very good probability that we’ve done some upgrades since the last time we took pictures. (That’s a GOOD thing!)

Rather than put everything on one page, which would make it take days to load, I’ve decided to break them up into room types and areas of the building.

If you are not already aware of this, we do have two buildings. The EAST building is on the beach side of the street. The WEST building is across the street from the beach. As you will see from the pictures, all units have the same or very similar décor: the same paint, the same linens, housewares, and so on. The only difference between the East & West sides is the two-lane road in between. There is a picture in the “General” section that shows the sign on the East side by the Road, and the West building… in that picture you can see that the distance between the two buildings is not far at all.

We have two 2BR/2BA units on the West side. They are laid out differently, so I have included pictures of both here. Like all our room types, these two units are interchangeable with RCI and there is no guarantee which one you will be in, regardless of what you are assigned.

The View From…
We frequently get requests to have pictures of the view of the ocean from a specific floor, so here they are! Please be aware that unless you own a particular unit (or are the guest of an owner), there is no guarantee that you will get a specific room or floor. It is unlikely that we would change your unit assignment from the 6th floor to the 1st, but it is entirely possible we could change it from the 6th to the 4th, or from the 3rd to the 1st in order to accommodate a stayover, for maintenance purposes, or any number of other reasons. Please bear that in mind when agreeing to accept a unit from your exchange company.
