Price List

Here's a list of the most common situations we see here with regard to changing ownership of unit/weeks, and the cost we pay (which is what you pay if you have us handle it) to do the associated paperwork:

• Quitclaim Deed, prepared and recorded: $70
• Cover Sheet, prepared and recorded with Death Certificate: $55
• Continuous Marriage Affidavit, prepared and recorded with Death Certificate: $75
• Quitclaim Deed, prepared and recorded with Death Certificate: $80
• Quitclaim Deed AND Continuous Marriage Affidavit, prepared and recorded with Death Certificate: $145

These prices assume that a Quitclaim Deed, Cover Sheet, and Death Certificate are all one page each, and a Continuous Marriage Affidavit is two pages. Recording of additional pages is $10 per page. (The State of Florida has increased recording fees as of 6/1/04, so these prices are applicable to any documents that will be recorded after that date.)

All prices include preparation of documents, postage to mail them to you, postage for you to return them to us*, recording costs, document fees when applicable, copies of the documents for our files, additional copies of documents for your files when applicable, and postage to send the originals and copies to you. There are no "hidden fees" involved in our costs -- you always pay one fee, up front, and we never come back and ask for more money to cover "extras".

* Unfortunately, if you live outside the U.S., we cannot provide postage on self-addressed envelopes we send to you, so this would be an additional cost on your end. This balances out with our paying additional postage to send and return documents to you, however, so there are no discounts. :o)
