Timeshare
101
This section is meant
for basic owner education, and will not take the form of a Q&A. It will instead
be a basic primer on subjects that may not always be explained in extensive
detail at
the time of purchase. The vast majority of these questions will be relative to
every timeshare everywhere. If there is anything here about which you need more
information, or that you don't understand, please don't hesitate to write or
call.
One thing I would like to make clear to you before you start clicking on the
links to the left is this: I don't sell timeshare, and my salary doesn't depend on who
owns the unit/weeks or how they are used. I think timeshare - if it's used right
- is really neat. I'd love it if all our owners were thrilled with their Canada
House timeshares and wouldn't sell for any amount of money. So part of my job is
helping you, the owner, understand how to use your timeshare to your best
advantage, how to get the most out of it, and how to be a happy timeshare owner.
But please, don't think I'm trying to convince you to use your timeshare in a
particular way, to buy more, to sell what you have, or anything else along those
lines, because it doesn't matter to me one way or another. The only thing that
matters to me is that our owners are happy. And I will do whatever I can within
my power and authority, to make sure they are.
Now, read on and be happy! :o)
