Resales

This section will deal with Resales -- ways you can go about selling your timeshare, things to avoid, things to try, and so on.

After you've made your sale, please refer to the FAQ section called "Changing Owners" for help with changing your title.

If you're interested in buying a week, please refer to the section called "Owner2Owner".

Please note: The Association cannot get involved with the sale or purchase of timeshares. We can't broker your sale, find you a buyer, negotiate on your behalf, or anything else along those lines. Please don't put our employees in a position of having to risk offending you by being blunt about this -- we really can't do it.

And incidentally, no, the Association can't buy your unit/week from you.
