A minimum deposit equal to one night’s rental rate
(plus tax) per timeshare week reserved is required at time of
reservation. (A timeshare week begins Saturday evening and ends the
following Saturday morning.) Deposits are not refundable unless
reservations are cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival date.
Payment in full for balance of rental must be made at or before
check-in. There are no refunds for late check-ins or early departures. |

A.M.
A charge of $40 per hour will be billed to all guests checking out after
11:00 A.M.
Hotel tax of 11% will be added to all rental rates
Pack & Plays are available for rent ($3/day or $10/wk plus security
deposit)
Pets are not allowed on property
Maximum occupancy includes all persons sleeping in room, regardless of
age
A three-night minimum applies to all reservations that include a major
holiday
Credit card imprint and positive ID required at check-in
Maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover
We do not accept checks |

If you are an owner, and would like to make your unit
available for rent, please fill out the rental agreement, which you will find
here, and mail or fax it to us. We are unable to
guarantee that your unit will rent, and always recommend that placing your unit
up for rent through the Association be your last choice of how to use your unit.
