2010 Maintenance Amounts NOTE: If you wish to pay your maintenance in advance so that you may bank your week (or put it up for rent) before the maintenance is actually due, you may pay an estimated amount based on the current years amount. At the end of the year, you will receive an invoice that reflects your advance payment as a credit and the new maintenance and tax amounts as charges. You will then be responsible for paying the outstanding balance prior to January 1. At that time you may also pay in advance for the following year if you wish to do so. If you are paying for the current year (as opposed to paying in advance for the purpose of banking or renting your week ahead of time), please include the following items when calculating your balance:
For an exact balance of your account, please contact us. Please remember that the entire balance of your account, including any late fees and interest, must be paid in full before you will be able to use, bank, or rent your unit. Also, until the account is paid in full, it will also be subject to additional fees, including 15% annual interest (1.25% per month) and collection costs.
